Reconnecting the performing arts community of Northland.
In association with Forum North Trust 2013 (FTN13) Creative Northland invites you to a presentation at the Capitaine Bougainville Theatre to provide their vision for Forum North and the development of a Performing Arts Precinct which includes the current facilities including Te Kotahitanga and the Capitaine Bougainville Theatre and adds an 850 seat full lyric theatre.
An invitation to share FTN13 vision
FTN13 vision is to engage with the community to create a place where a mix of different art forms and spaces exist as a Performing Arts Precinct for Northland.
To ensure their plans reflect the local community and meet your needs and expectations. FTN13 want to bring together users and potential users of Forum North, regionally, to share their vision and to provide a presentation where they will:
- Discuss their thinking about the future use of Forum North, including Te Kotahitanga and the Capitaine Bougainville theatre
- View initial drawings and plans for an 850 seat lyric theatre and re-vamped foyer area
The key presenters at this event will be representatives from Shand Shelton, leading architectural practice experts and specialists in the design, documentation and construction of live performance spaces in New Zealand and Australia.
